With the passage of time, our world has changed, the evolution of technology has changed the lifestyle of literally everyone in the world. Technology has exploded in the marketplace, many people even can’t imagine a world without the advance of technology.
Hence, in order to adapt with the technology world, humans are forced to change their traditional mindset and try their best to adapt themselves in this fast- changing environment. By this, there is clearly a cause- and- effect relationship between technology and anxiety/ stress.
Thus, today I just want to share some words which can help anyone of you guys who are suffering from anxiety, stress or any hard times try to look on the bright side of things.
Always remember that your time is limited, try not to waste your time in living someone else’s life. People may adapt to the environment faster than you and this may let you feel that you are fading next to them, but please don’t be trapped by dogma, meaning don’t living in the result of other people’s thinking.
I know that at this time, there will be a lot of disruptions, just believe in yourself or choose the wise one to listen and improve. Don’t let the noise of others drown your own inner voice. Others opinion you can listen, but filter the benefits one to apply, and that is more than enough already.
Moreover, the most important is never ever compare yourself with others, there are so many more people that better than you every single day, what you can do is only enhance yourself, make it a better you, don’t compare, there are so many people in the world, if you really want to compare, then you will always stuck at the moment only. As you exist in the vicious spiral of comparing, and for sure that your life will be tiring than others. So, why? Life is beautiful, don’t waste your time in comparing with others, do something that is useful and happy.
In addition, I hope that everyone can accept no one’s definition of your life, this is your life, you have to find out the road by yourself and define yourself. And remember, always find time for the things that can make you feel happy to be alive. Maybe an outdoor adventure with your loved ones? Maybe enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book? Anything.
